Mike met Georgia Reed - a single mother of 4 children - outside her home while visiting earlier this year.  Georgia supports her family with her part-time job washing clothes, where she earns $8. per day.  With such limited resources, the family sometimes drinks tea to fill their stomachs and eliminate the hunger pains.  Previously living in a 7'x9' shack, Georgia was sharing a bed with 3 of her children.  Her 17 year-old daughter -Crystal - would sleep in a chair.
